Meet Len, your weekly wellness coach!

He has worked for over 22 years as a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Nutritionist.

His course study and mentoring has been with medical, holistic, and allied health professionals.

Len understands that being in a well respected and valued industry is a privilege and opportunity to interact and impact peoples’ lives on many different and interesting personal and professional levels.

Health, wellness, and fitness doesn’t take time, it makes time for a more productive, vibrant, and meaningful way of life. And while you can’t change your age, you can change the way and manner in which you age through lifestyle, fitness, positivity, and wellness principles.

Len enjoys fishing, boating, reading, self-study and reflection, shell collecting, and dancing in his free time.
