Mental Health Coach & Therapist

Christy is a licensed clinical social worker and a mental health coach committed to offering guidance and support to people facing difficult transitions and times of crisis.

She practices a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach, helping clients to develop a strong inner voice and encouraging them to develop their strengths.

She has experience working with people who are experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, relationship and communication issues, divorce, and stress.

Pete Phaunpa

Registered Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counselor

Pete’s journey into counseling began as a university student, when his own transformative therapy experience sparked his passion for helping others. Inspired by the profound impact of compassionate support, he became a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Canadian Certified Counsellor, with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University.

In his practice, Pete supports individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, self-esteem, gambling addiction, and work-life balance. His approach is client-centered, focusing on building a strong, collaborative relationship and equipping clients with practical tools for lasting mental health.
